「アライ」って？アライになるいくつかの方法

 

話題提供者が性的マイノリティコミュニティにかかわるようになって20年以上が経ちました。「性的マイノリティではないのですが、何かできることはありますか？」と聞かれることがあります。そんなときにでてくるキーワードのひとつが「アライ」。簡単に言うと、理解者、支援者のことです。あらためて、性の多様性やLGBTQ+における「アライ」とは？アライになる具体的な方法について、一緒に考えてみませんか。 さんかくラウンジ（11:00〜）と共同開催です。

The presenter has been involved in sexual and gender minority communities for more than 20 years. “What can I do as a person who’s not gender or sexual minority?” is one of the most frequently asked questions that the presenter receives. One of the keywords is an ‘ally.’ Simply put, it means a supporter or someone who is understanding. But what really is an ally in the context of diversity of sexuality or LGBTQ+? How can we be an ally? We’ll explore these questions at this forum.
